GMRC Recruitment 2023: Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Limited is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) jointly owned by the Government of India and the Government of Gujarat. Its responsibility is to implement the Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project Phase-I, Phase-II, and Surat Phase-I and its operations and maintenance. GMRC has released a recruitment notification for Various Posts and appointments will be on a contract basis for a minimum of 3 years to 5 years. As per GMRC Recruitment 2023 official notification, there is a total of 17 Vacancies available in this recruitment drive. Eligible officials or staff working in GMRC who have completed a minimum of two years of service up to the date of the advertisement at the present designation and grade may apply through proper channels. Candidates cannot apply for more than one post, and the selected candidates will be extended medical coverage and personal accident insurance coverage.
As per GMRC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the contract appointment will initially be for a minimum of 3 years to 5 years on an extendable basis. The contract of appointment may be terminated by either side by giving 30 days (up to Assistant Manager Cadre) or 90 days (Manager & above Cadre) notice or by paying the contractual remuneration or salary in lieu of notice period if the circumstances so warrant.
