Every parent is very concerned about the development of children. Everyone thinks my son or daughter should look like one in a million. For this it is very important to feed nutritious food. Because when a baby is born, its cells continue to develop.

Delicate bones, skin cells and brain neurons remain free. In this condition, what is fed to children has both good and bad effects. Let's know about the benefits of the most beneficial snacks for children.

Peanut Butter

From children to adults, the diet tells about their health status. Gym trainers and dieticians advise everyone to eat peanut butter. Because it is a good source of protein. Along with this, all the nutrients required for the development of children are also present. Like iron, potassium, minerals and vitamins etc. Eating it daily in brown bread promotes muscle growth.

Parable Of Semolina

Soji upma should be included in breakfast. Its consumption does not increase the weight of the child and the stomach feels full. Consuming it daily keeps the body energized and is considered to be most beneficial for digestion. So giving children semolina for breakfast can be a better option.

January 26, 2001 was a happy day for Kutch-Gujarat, which can never be forgotten. The story of the only child born in the city of Anjar on the day of this terrible earthquake presents an unusual story of the struggle that took place at birth. A son was born at around 2 pm on January 26, 2001 at the home of Dhanjibhai Samatbhai Veerada, who lives in Galpadar and works in a private company. Dhanjibhai along with his wife, mother and newborn child were rushed to the government hospital in Anjar at 5 am and went to his house to have breakfast and nutritious food.

From where they were preparing to return to Anjar, a natural calamity struck at around 8-47 in the morning, so they immediately took a bike from one of the people around them and left for Anjar. But the traffic jam on the road was so great that it was difficult to get off the bike. As soon as we reached the government hospital, we saw that the hospital building was demolished. What happened to the wife and the newborn baby? Where will it be now? Dr. in charge of the hospital at that time. Mercifully, Mahamahante was found on the grounds of the hospital in search of the family, including the newborn.

Why are you after meeting wife, mother? The mother of the child said that the building on one side of the hospital was collapsing and she was surviving by taking the baby on the other side. It was also a challenge to get back home after the situation had calmed down a bit.

How can so many people come in one bike? So Dr. Anjar was on duty in the hospital. J.K. At the request of Ahir, they took Dhanjibhai's family to Rambagh Hospital in Adipur in their car and then they were able to reach their home by bike. After which, the family members named the newborn baby born on the day of the earthquake 'Jayakumar'.

The house collapsed, leaving the child in a bed of sheets

All four houses in Dhanjibhai's Galpadar village were hit by the quake. So that the newborn baby and his mother were temporarily weaned by a sheet. The camp was later set up on his own plot with the help of villagers and service-seekers. Lived and cared for an estimated 8 months.

Jay does a private job today

Dhanjibhai's Valsoyo Jay, who overcame the earthquake on the day of the earthquake, is in good health today and is working for a private company to take timber measurement.
