Physical Fitness Test (PFT) for Indian Navy Agniveer MR Vacancy :

Height : 157 cms for Male and 152 cms for Female

Running : 1.6 Km run to be completed in 6 minutes 30 Second for Male and 1.6 Km run to be completed in 8 minutes for Female
 
Squats (Uthak Baithak): 20 for Male and 15 for Female
Push-ups : 12 for Male
 
Bent Knee Sit-Ups : 10 for Female
