Loyalty for Primary Teachers Regarding the involvement of teachers in teacher training
Sir, to state under the above subject that the primary teachers and head teachers (Government, Granted, KGBV, Ashram School, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School) are remaining in the loyalty training from the above reference form-1. And 18 courses of loyalty teacher training for soldier school teachers were organized on 5th October 13th November 2020. As per reference-3, Diwali vacation has been declared for primary school teachers on 29th October 18th 2020 to join the online course in loyalty training and The schedule of Byseg broadcast is changed as follows: The details of the said change are in coordination with the District Education Officer, District Primary Education Officer and Govt.
This way is the course. Creating a curriculum means outlining goals and outlining steps to achieve them. Many individuals involved in the teaching process, including the teacher, are indifferent and neglectful of the curriculum. Perhaps there was a time when the curriculum was not very meticulous, taking into account many factors. There was no change in the curriculum for years. But now the curriculum cannot be neglected.
It has a unique significance in education. Curriculum is as important in education as its design is for a building. And when education is to be given to millions of children at once, its importance increases immensely. The curriculum is shaped by goals and experience. At the same time, it takes into account the factors of education. Curriculum development topics and goals, available resources, teacher competence, social status and students | Levels have to be kept in mind. Some approaches and some courses seem to be very successful abroad or in one place, so it cannot be blindly imitated in the country or anywhere else. One thing to think about in context is this: our government has changed its policy many times since independence to help students learn English better.
Now I have accepted to teach English from Std. What to teach in English in Std. 6th to 8th, what order to arrange from 5th to 8th. While making the curriculum with all these decisions, the curriculum cannot be designed keeping in mind the students and schools of the city area only. Many areas like rural, tribal etc. will be unfair. They will receive an education that they cannot afford. Another issue is the readiness of teachers. Will the current teachers be able to teach English? And how much and what kind can teach?
The teacher should take note of his own observations while teaching and testing the students. And the constructive and negative aspects of whether the curriculum and the presentation of the lessons match with the ability and the situation of the students should be noted. Many things are likely to be forgotten in times of need if we do not keep track of them. The important point behind all these discussions is that the teacher can contribute at all levels if he is vigilant.
It does not plan education. But also makes an important contribution to planning. Planning, on the other hand, is done through it in the classroom. Children know that very well. So he can present it in a way that suits him. It is not entirely responsible for success or failure. But it is a very important link. That should not be forgotten. Bhasha Bhavan, Gujarat University.
